If you experience any of the following: struggles to fit in work outs between school and/or work during the week, have a sweet tooth, hit up mcdonalds when your in a rush, drink too much on the weekends, occasionally uses tabacco products, cant do a pullup, cant seem to shed the pounds and have tried the gyms and other diets, sick of feeling over weight, enjoys a midnight snack, can be a lazy peice of crap, and just desperately wants to get in shape just to feel better about yourself...welcome to my life. Hi my names nick and the informercials finally got to me. I ordered it last week and plan to start on March 1, 2009. I read the reviews, blogs, forums, etc. and decided I wanted to make the change. I need the the change. I am 23 years old and a former high school athlete competing in football and wrestling. I developed horrible eating habbits during that time because I was always active and never became a fatty like I am now. I am 5ft 10in and weigh 220 lbs. My weight goal after the first 90 days is 200 lbs and my final weight goal is 175lbs ( hoping to acheive that by the end of the year). I for sure plan on cutting out all fried and fast food. I may cheat a little bit on the weekends and see how I do. From reading up on the P90X program it is to my best knowledge that this will be a great challenge. I have lifted and exercised before but nothing this consistent. I can't wait to start the program. Right now I am jogging and doing pushups to semi prepare myself for the challenge. I will be updating the blog every week describing my 90 day journey with the program.
